Terms of Use for registered users

Our service
We provide a brokerage service to meet the needs of our members and negotiate discounts and/or better terms and/or proposals for new insurance policies. We are remunerated through commissions based on the purchases made by our members; these commissions are divided into three parts: one is rebated to the groups, another is retained by BetterTogether and the third is rebated to the companies that provide the insurance product.

We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the discounts and improvements available for a particular product are accurate and up to date. Each year, we cannot guarantee the actual reduction/increase in the premiums and the re-distribution of the commissions until negotiations with insurance companies are finalised. As part of this service, we may be required to pass on your information to the insurer, if requested to do so.

  • you consent to the sharing of your information with our hosting services, our insurance partners and group of companies

  • you consent to receive marketing materials that we consider may be of interest to you, unless you opt out by changing your email preferences.
By joining a group:
  • you give BetterTogether a mandate to search for the requested product (such mandate does not bind you to buy the policy).
